Dr Paul Timothy Sie Shin-Min

Dr. Sie graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1978.

He was attached to various Perth hospitals for four years and two years at the Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Singapore General Hospital.

Since 1986, he practises as a family, corporate, insurance and occupational health Physician. He is a designated medical examiner for the Oil & Gas UK and Norwegian Maritime Authority and conducts Petronas physicals as well.

He enjoys cooking, playing golf and the clavinova in his spare time. He also recently discovered skiing and is always looking forward to returning to the ski slopes during the winter months.

Dr Mark Lu Kuo-Fan

Dr. Lu graduated from the University of Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.He returned to Singapore to practise medicine in the government restructured hospital. In 1988, he joined Drs. Horne & Chin and became its chairman in June 2001.

He has special interest in occupational medicine and holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health from the National University of Singapore, since 2006.

He was accredited as a Family Physician by the Accredited Board of Family Physicians, Ministry of Health in 2016.

He has been appointed as a designated medical examiner for the Embassy of Italy and Germany for many years. He is also a designated medical examiner for Oil & Gas UK and conducts Petronas Physicals as well. He sits in the BioEthics Committee, Singapore General Hospital.

Dr. Lu has more than 30 years of experience in family, corporate and occupational health medicine. He is a strong advocate for a multi-disciplinary approach to caring for his patients, who come from all over the world, and they find him methodical and confident with his open-style approach.
